To do list for Flat ABS.

1)Eat healthy and do your cardiovascular exercise
2)Jump on a mini-trampoline
A mini-trampoline is cheap, about $25. Just jump on it for a few minutes at a time whenver you get a chance.Do it during tv commercials while you watch tv. What could be easier? This allows you to exercise without having to devote a block of time for it. Very efficient and productive.
3)Have a high protein breakfast
This helps to prevent cravings later in the day. A key to weight loss is starting your day off right so you don't have to play calorie catch-up the rest of the day.
4)Snack on red grapes or watermelon.
Grapes and watermelon are an awesome snack since they are like you're eating water... because grapes and watermelon have such a high water content. They fill you up and give you energy. What more can you ask for from a food?
5)Steer clear of soft drinks, sugary sweets, fatty foods ,and white (flour,sugar and rice)and do a bit of exercise when you can.
6)Do sit up every night in bed . Please dont count . Just do them until you feel the burn , do a few more and then go to sleep.
7)Drink lots of water |
