Stuffed peppers (stuffed donnemenasinakani) |

Ingredients
3 medium sized bell peppers or 8 to 10 colored sweet peppers
1 cup chick pea flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp red chilly powder
5 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tsp cumin lightly roasted
salt as per taste
3 tsp oil
Cooking
1)In a bowl mix chick pea flour, freshly chopped parsley, baking soda,1 tsp oil, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds and little water. And keep aside for 15 minutes.
2)Chop off the top and deseed the peppers. Now fill these peppers with the chick pea flour stuffing you have prepared.
3)Heat a pan, add oil and put mustard seeds and let them crackle. Now to it add stuffed peppers. Cook covered for 10 minutes turning the peppers around once in a while till they are nicely browned and stuffing inside is well cooked.
4)Serve hot with rice.
5)You can use Okra or Bhindi instead of peppers.
